Welcome to my new website and information portal where I will be covering everything health, fitness and running related.

I will be using this platform to debunk bullshit fitness myths as well as give you facts in dialogue that is understandable and not made up mostly of massive scientific jargon which today's general consumer has never heard before.


As most of my audience are those on a fat loss journey or runner's, most of my topics will cover these mediums and their relevant interests. I am very open to comments and chat's, especially if you have something valuable to add. If you are however just going to be a troll, please just bog off as I will very likely be smarter than you and send you back into the abyss from which you came from using my wit and superior use of the english language.


For those that have stumbled onto this website or blog and do not know what I am about, let me tell you now...


I am REAL. I will not lie to you and tell you that your goals can be achieved within a month, when in actual fact you might need two years. I am straight forward and believe in scientific facts and the results which they produce. I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 7 years and I have worked with every demographic of human being. From disabled individuals, to sedentary, to full on elite athletes. I run a successful personal training brand named BODIES BY BRENDAN as well as an app which is a 12 week transformation program for females who are currently active. I also coach athletes which compete on the tar and trails and they fall under the RUNNERS CREED banner which myself and a running mate have partnered up to create. I am also myself an elite trail runner and compete among some of the best athletes on the planet.

I will be producing some short informative videos which will be released on instagram and various other platforms as well as write some really simple yet completely rich in information articles/posts to help you achieve YOUR ideal state of health, well being and fitness.
